There were some issues with SD Slots I think - I don't know the exact reason for that, first I tought it will happen, if there is no SD Slot/Card available .. while that was true (as I tested it on emulator) I also got such an report from a user who HAS an SD Slot - so nethertheless I've also added some more failure handling for cases where it is not possible to access the SD slot of some reason - hopefully that will fix this issues.

Please keep reporting if you find any bug, as you know - normally I am able to deploy a update on the next day to fix your problem
