Dear Amazon Users - please be patient with waiting for the new version, because the approval process at amazon takes quite some time, I decided to first use the "faster" stores, to get some experience about the current version - as soon as it seems bugfree, I will deploy on amazon as well. (I cannot deliver a bugfix to amazon as long as they are approving it.)

When doing so, you will need to wait some days until amazon approves the update - sorry folks, I cannot speed that up. Be patient, I will not forget about you :-)
